Is there really no credit card required for the free plan?
Correct. Connect with Salesforce, select your fields, and run masking — entirely free, no card required. The free plan covers 5 standard objects and 1 sandbox indefinitely. Upgrade to a paid plan when you need custom objects, PDF exports, or multi-sandbox coverage.
What happens if I cancel a paid plan?
You stay on your paid plan until the end of the current billing period, then drop to the Free plan automatically. Your audit logs are retained for the period applicable to your former plan. No data is deleted on downgrade — you just lose access to paid features.
Can I add more sandboxes to the Silver plan?
Silver covers up to 5 sandboxes. If you need more than 5, the Gold plan gives you unlimited sandboxes at £599/month. You can also contact us for custom pricing if you have specific needs between the two tiers.
Is pricing per Salesforce org or per sandbox?
Pricing is per Salesforce org. Free, Bronze, and Silver plans cover 1 org each. Gold covers up to 10 orgs. Within each org, the plan determines how many sandboxes you can connect (1, 1, 5, or unlimited respectively). There are no per-seat or per-user fees.
Can we bundle MaskEzee with SproutEzee?
Yes — SproutEzee (Salesforce test data generation) is included in the Gold plan. For Silver and Bronze, it's available as an add-on. Contact us for bundle pricing — masking and test data generation are stronger together.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or charities?
