Terms of Service

Key restriction: MaskEzee is authorised for use on Salesforce sandbox and non-production environments only. Connecting MaskEzee to a Salesforce production org is not permitted and will be technically blocked.

1. Acceptance

By connecting a Salesforce org to MaskEzee, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

MaskEzee is a web application that replaces Salesforce sandbox field values with realistic fake data via the Salesforce Bulk API. It operates as an external web application — no managed package, no AppExchange installation, no Apex code deployed to your org.

5. Your responsibility

You are responsible for: verifying that the fields you select for masking are appropriate; ensuring downstream test processes still function after masking; and obtaining any necessary internal approvals before running masking jobs. CloudEzee Technologies accepts no liability for data loss or system disruption caused by masking jobs you initiate.

6. No warranty on sandbox data

Masking is irreversible within the sandbox. Once a masking job completes, the original values in the selected fields cannot be recovered by MaskEzee. Ensure you have a sandbox refresh available if you need to restore original data.

7. Availability

MaskEzee is provided on a best-efforts basis. No uptime SLA applies to Free tier. Bronze and Silver tiers include email support. Gold includes a service level agreement — see your order confirmation for details. We may perform maintenance at any time, preferably outside UK business hours.

8. Payment and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Downgrading to Free tier is available at any time.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to MaskEzee for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or activity we reasonably believe causes harm to our infrastructure or other users. We will give reasonable notice except where immediate action is required.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloudEzee Technologies' liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
